1. About these terms

These terms apply to anyone visiting truebuild.ae, submitting a form, downloading a resource, or using one of our public tools (style discovery quiz, cost calculator, triangle guide, etc.). They do not replace the engagement letter that governs a paid design or construction-administration project — that contract takes precedence for clients.

2. Who we are

True Build Design is an interior design studio based at Limestone House, DIFC, Dubai. Founders: Bushra Khokhar and Tariq Ismail. Contact: [email protected].

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial research and to engage us about a project. You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the site without permission.
• Probe, test, or attempt to circumvent the security of the platform or its third-party integrations.
• Submit forms or use calculators with automated tools at a rate intended to disrupt service.

4. Calculators, quizzes, and reports

The cost calculator, style discovery quiz, and any report we generate from your inputs are guidance, not a quotation. Numbers are produced from public benchmarks and our own observations; they will move once a real scope, vendor list, and site assessment are in place. Reports are personal to you — please don't share share-links publicly without telling us.

5. AI-generated content

Some text, summaries, and suggested actions on the site and inside the project portal are produced by AI systems (currently Anthropic's Claude family). We review the outputs that are sent to clients, but we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated answer is correct. See the AI Disclosure for details on which features use AI and how.

6. Intellectual property

The studio's identity, photography, written content, and the layout and code of this site belong to True Build Design. Client-specific work (drawings, schedules, FF&E lists, reports prepared for an engagement) is governed by the relevant engagement letter.

7. Third parties

The site relies on the processors listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of any external website we link to — including social platforms, vendor websites, or AI providers' own front-ends.

8. Limits of liability

We make a real effort to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the public site or its calculators. Liability under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement's letter, not by these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), with disputes heard in the DIFC Courts.

10. Changes

We may revise these terms when our services or processors change in a meaningful way. This version was last reviewed on 1 June 2026.
