Project Overview

Workplace Strategy, Interior Design & Project Delivery

Project Intent

The RE/MAX Hub office in Dubai Media City was designed as a purpose-built real estate brokerage environment, shaped around the operational flow, culture, and performance requirements of the RE/MAX model.
Rather than a conventional office fit-out, the objective was to create a space that actively supports agent productivity, wellbeing, and collaboration, while reinforcing brand identity in a refined, contemporary way.

Spatial Strategy & Flow

The planning of the office is driven by movement, visibility, and choice.
A predominantly open-plan layout encourages energy and interaction, while maintaining clear circulation paths and visual clarity across the floorplate.

Multiple seating typologies are distributed throughout the space—workstations, communal tables, lounge seating, and quieter zones—allowing agents to move fluidly between focused work, collaboration, and informal interaction throughout the day. This flexibility reflects the dynamic nature of brokerage work and avoids a one-size-fits-all workspace.

Meeting, Privacy & Collaboration Spaces

At the core of the office sits a fully equipped meeting room designed for both internal and client-facing use. The space features:

  • An interactive smart display
  • Integrated video conferencing system
  • Smart glass partitions that transition from clear to frosted, allowing instant privacy without sacrificing openness

In addition, dedicated call booths are integrated into the layout, providing acoustic privacy for calls and negotiations—an essential requirement for real estate professionals—without isolating agents from the wider office environment.

Content Creation & Modern Brokerage Needs

Recognising the growing importance of personal branding and digital visibility in real estate, the office includes a dedicated podcast studio.
This space enables agents to create content, record podcasts, and produce social media material in a professional setting—supporting the brokerage’s forward-thinking approach and empowering agents to build their individual presence.

Technology & Environmental Control

Technology is embedded quietly and intelligently throughout the space. A state-of-the-art smart automation system allows dynamic control of:

  • Natural and artificial lighting
  • Internal climate conditions
  • Occupancy-based adjustments

This system enhances comfort, reduces energy consumption, and ensures the environment adapts throughout the day—optimising both wellbeing and operational efficiency.

Materiality & Atmosphere

The material palette is restrained and professional, balancing warmth with clarity. Soft neutral finishes, tactile upholstery, and carefully layered lighting create an environment that feels welcoming and calm rather than corporate or rigid.

The reception area anchors the space with confidence and presence, reinforcing the RE/MAX Hub identity without overpowering the overall experience.

Delivery & Outcome

True Build delivered the project from workplace strategy and interior design through to coordination, site supervision, and final handover. This close involvement ensured that design intent, technology integration, and execution quality remained aligned at every stage.

The completed office is a high-performance brokerage workspace: flexible, human-centric, and technologically intelligent—designed to help agents work better, feel better, and perform at their best.

Approach

What we held constant

The project's strength came from restraint and consistency: a limited material language, a clear hierarchy of details, and a delivery cadence that protected the finish.

  • Material palette locked early to reduce drift.
  • Joinery details coordinated before site production.
  • Lighting temperatures calibrated to the finish tone.
