The Savannah Villa project is a transformation of an existing family home into a calm, layered, and enduring living environment—one that feels both elevated and deeply livable.
Our brief was not to reinvent the villa for the sake of change, but to refine its architecture, clarify its layouts, and introduce a cohesive interior language that would stand the test of time. The focus throughout was on proportion, material balance, and the subtle details that quietly define a home’s character.
Architecturally, the project involved reworking key internal connections to improve flow, light, and spatial clarity. Sightlines were carefully considered to create a sense of openness without compromising privacy, while joinery elements were used to anchor spaces and provide continuity across floors.
The interior palette is intentionally restrained—soft neutrals, warm textures, and natural finishes layered with care. Rather than relying on statement moments, the design builds its richness through depth, tactility, and thoughtful repetition. Lighting was treated as an architectural tool, shaping atmosphere and emphasizing materiality rather than simply illuminating rooms.
Throughout the project, our role extended beyond design into close coordination with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring that the original intent translated accurately on site. Every decision—from layouts and finishes to detailing and execution—was evaluated against a single question: does this genuinely improve how the home feels to live in?
The result is a villa that feels quietly confident, composed, and personal—a home designed not to impress at first glance, but to reward living in it over time.
